Group Pilates Classes
A space to move, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body.
These are physiotherapist-led Pilates classes, designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and feel more confident in your body.
Wherever you’re starting from, there’s a place for you here.
Whether you’re new to Pilates, getting back into it, or ready for more of a challenge, you’ll be able to work at a level that suits you.
How the Pilates classes work
Classes are booked using a Class Pass, giving you more flexibility to fit Pilates around your life.
Choose from a 4, 6 or 10 Class Pass, valid for 12 weeks, then simply book onto the classes that work for you. You can use your pass across any class on the timetable, subject to availability.
Prefer to just come along when it suits you? One-off classes can also be booked individually.
Each Pilates class has a different focus, you’ll be guided through each movement clearly, with options and modifications offered throughout, so you can work at the level that suits you.
There’s no pressure to keep up or get everything “right”. Pilates is about learning how your body moves and building from there.
Occasionally, I’ll use hands-on guidance where helpful, but only if you’re comfortable with it.

Pilates Class options
Mixed-level Pilates
Suitable for everyone.
Different levels and options are always given, so whether you’re newer to Pilates or have been doing it for a while, you can work at your own level within the same class. Beginners welcome.
Pilates Foundations
A slower-paced class, ideal if you’re new to Pilates or coming back to it after a break. We cover the fundamentals, but in a way that keeps things interesting, with different themes and challenges each week.
Pilates Progressions (previously intermediate)
A slightly more challenging class for those with some Pilates experience or a good base level of strength and fitness. This is about building on the basics and progressing your strength and control.
Practical details
You don’t need any special equipment or clothing. Just wear something comfortable that you can move in.
All equipment is provided. Just turn up as you are.
The only requirement is that you’re able to get on and off the floor independently, as we use positions such as kneeling, hands-and-knees and laying on back and sides during the class.
If you’re unsure which class is right for you, feel free to get in touch, or you may prefer to start with a 1:1 session first.
Your next step
If you’re looking for a Pilates class that helps you move well, feel stronger, and actually understand your body, this is a good place to start.

Class Pass
FAQ
How do the Pilates Class Passes work?
Choose a 4, 6 or 10 Class Pass, then use it to book the individual Pilates classes you’d like to attend. All Class Passes are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
Do I have to stick to the same Pilates class each week?
No — that’s the whole idea! Your Class Pass gives you the flexibility to book any suitable class across the Pilates timetable, subject to availability.
Do I still need to book each class?
Yes. Buying a Class Pass gives you your class credits, but you’ll still need to book onto each individual class you’d like to attend.
Once you’re logged into your account, you can book your classes and keep track of how many you have remaining.
What if the class I want is full?
You can add yourself to the waitlist and you’ll be notified if a space becomes available due to someone cancelling.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book as many of your classes in advance as you like. I’ll generally have around 2–3 months of Pilates classes available to book at any one time.
Which Class Pass should I choose?
4 Class Pass — great if you want maximum flexibility or know you have a busy few months ahead.
6 Class Pass — ideal if you’d like to come fairly regularly, build strength and keep moving, but can’t commit to every week.
10 Class Pass — ideal if Pilates is part of your weekly routine, with a little flexibility built in for holidays, busy weeks and occasional weeks when I may be away.
Can I come to Pilates more than once a week?
Absolutely. Your Class Pass isn’t limited to one class per week. If you’d like to come twice a week, or just fancy an extra class one week, you can book as many suitable classes as you like while you have classes remaining on your pass.
What happens if I use all my classes before the 12 weeks are up?
You can simply buy another Class Pass and carry on — you don’t need to wait for your existing 12-week period to finish.
What if I can't make a class I've booked?
Life happens! As long as you cancel at least 24 hours before your class, the class will be returned to your pass for you to use another time.
Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed classes, will still use one class from your pass.
What happens if I don't use all my classes?
Class Passes expire 12 weeks after purchase, so any remaining classes need to be used before your expiry date. Unused classes cannot be rolled over or extended, so choose the pass that best suits how often you think you'll attend.
What happens if you're away?
The 12-week period gives a little extra flexibility for the occasional week that I may be away, particularly with the 10 Class Pass.
If my absence or illness means there aren't enough suitable classes available for you to use your pass, I'll try to arrange cover where possible. If cover can't be arranged, I'll extend your pass accordingly.
Can I book a one-off Pilates class?
Yes! If you don't want a Class Pass, you can book a one-off Pilates class for £13.50, subject to availability.
