Terms and Conditions: Physiotherapy and Pilates Sessions

By booking a session with Sarah Deakin (hereinafter referred to as "the Instructor"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking:
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.2. Bookings can be made online through the designated booking platform or by contacting the Instructor directly via phone or email.
1.3. Payment for sessions must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.
2. Cancellation Policy:
2.1. For Pilates Group block class bookings, missed sessions are not transferable or refundable.
2.2 If you have booked a block of classes and know in advance you cannot make a session, please let Sarah know, if there is space on another class that week, it is sometimes possible to join the other class, however this is on a case by case basis and credit is not issued for missed classes.
2.2 For 1:1 sessions or drop-in classes, (not block bookings): Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund, Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will be eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee.
2.3. Unfortunately due to the cost of renting the space and childcare, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Rescheduling:
3.1. For 1:1 or drop- in sessions, clients may request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability.
3.2. The Instructor reserves the right to refuse rescheduling requests if it conflicts with their availability.
3.3 Group class block bookings are paid for per block, if you are unable to attend a class, it is not refundable or transferable.
3.4 If the instructor has to cancel a class, either an alternative date or a refund will be offered.
4. Late Arrivals:
4.1. Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration at the discretion of the Instructor.
5. Health and Safety:
5.1. Clients must inform the Instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect their participation in the session and have completed the online health questionnaire before booking.
5.2. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk, and the Instructor shall not be liable for any injuries sustained during the session.
5.3 Clients must inform the Instructor if any health conditions change after completing the health questionnaire.
6. Conduct:
6.1. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards the Instructor and other participants during the session.
6.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without refund.
7. Liability:
7.1. The Instructor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the client's participation in the session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
8.1. The Instructor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the booking platform.
By booking a session with the Instructor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
