Service Description
Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates is a gentle, supportive class led by Sarah Deakin, a women’s health physio, Mummy MOT practitioner, and mum of two. Designed to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild strength after pregnancy and birth. Bring your baby along, we work around feeds, cuddles, changes, and naps, with each session combining safe postnatal Pilates with practical physio-led education on core recovery, pelvic floor, posture, scars, and returning to movement confidently. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post C-section, following your postnatal check/clearance. Get in touch if you have any questions.
