Group Pilates Classes
A space to move, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body.
These are physiotherapist-led Pilates classes, designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and feel more confident in your body.
Wherever you’re starting from, there’s a place for you here.
Whether you’re new to Pilates, getting back into it, or ready for more of a challenge, you’ll be able to work at a level that suits you.
How the Pilates classes work
Classes run in blocks of around 6 weeks, giving you the chance to build on things week by week and see real progress.
You’re welcome to book a full block, or drop into individual sessions depending on what works for you.
Each Pilates class has a different focus, you’ll be guided through each movement clearly, with options and modifications offered throughout, so you can work at the level that suits you.
There’s no pressure to keep up or get everything “right”. Pilates is about learning how your body moves and building from there.
Occasionally, I’ll use hands-on guidance where helpful, but only if you’re comfortable with it.

Pilates Class options
Mixed-level Pilates
Suitable for everyone.
Different levels and options are always given, so whether you’re newer to Pilates or have been doing it for a while, you can work at your own level within the same class.
Pilates Foundations
A slower-paced class, ideal if you’re new to Pilates or coming back to it after a break. We cover the fundamentals, but in a way that keeps things interesting, with different themes and challenges each week.
Pilates Progressions (previously intermediate)
A slightly more challenging class for those with some Pilates experience or a good base level of strength and fitness. This is about building on the basics and progressing your strength and control.
Practical details
You don’t need any special equipment or clothing. Just wear something comfortable that you can move in.
All equipment is provided. Just turn up as you are.
The only requirement is that you’re able to get on and off the floor independently, as we use positions such as kneeling, hands-and-knees and laying on back and sides during the class.
If you’re unsure which class is right for you, feel free to get in touch, or you may prefer to start with a 1:1 session first.
