Welcome, I’m Sarah, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over nine years of experience across the NHS and private practice. I offer a personal, one-to-one approach to physiotherapy and Pilates, creating a space where you can move better, feel stronger and reconnect with your body. Alongside tailored physiotherapy treatments, I run both 1:1 and small group Pilates sessions, including pre- and postnatal Pilates, designed to support strength, recovery and long-term wellbeing.​
Specialising in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy, I also offer Mummy MOT® assessments and sports massage, bringing together expert care and movement in a way that works for you.

Physiotherapy, Pilates Classes and Massage in Norfolk & Suffolk
As a Chartered Physiotherapist I offer expert, personalised care for my clients in Norfolk and Suffolk. From my clinic at The Space in Burston and in Redgrave just outside Diss, I provide Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Mummy MOT® assessments and MSK physiotherapy to help you reduce pain, restore strength and move with confidence. I also offer deep tissue massage, visceral therapy and C-section scar massage to help support women's health at all stages.
My approach is to combine physiotherapy with expertly guided Pilates to help you move better and feel stronger.
I run small group classes at The Space in Burston and The Barn Studio in Rickinghall, including Pilates Foundations, Mixed Level and Pilates Progressions, alongside 1:1 Clinical Pilates - so you can build strength, improve mobility and support recovery safely.
